Metastasis is a complex process in which cell migration plays a decisive role, largely conditioned by cytoskeletal dynamics. The objective was to analyze the relationship between cytoskeletal reorganization and the migratory capacity of tumor cells. A quantitative approach with a non experimental design was applied, based on scientific literature and reports from national and international organizations, using Spearman correlation, multiple linear regression, and LASSO. The findings highlight a direct association between actin reorganization, focal adhesion activity, and cell migration, identifying cytoskeletal proteins as the most influential factor. Additionally, epithelial mesenchymal transition and biomechanical conditions of the microenvironment were shown to enhance cellular plasticity and increase invasive capacity. These results confirm that metastatic migration responds to an integrated system involving structural, molecular, and physical factors, positioning the cytoskeleton as a central axis in tumor dissemination.
