Resumen

La motivación escolar constituye un factor clave en el proceso de aprendizaje y en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar los factores que influyen en la motivación escolar en estudiantes de educación básica mediante un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo-correlacional y diseño no experimental transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 48 estudiantes, a quienes se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado. Los resultados evidencian niveles altos de motivación en aspectos como el interés por aprender, el esfuerzo académico y la percepción de competencia. Asimismo, se identificó que el apoyo docente, la claridad en la enseñanza y el clima escolar positivo influyen significativamente en la motivación de los estudiantes. No obstante, se observaron respuestas intermedias en variables como el apoyo constante y el reconocimiento del esfuerzo, lo que sugiere áreas de mejora. Se concluye que la motivación escolar depende de la interacción de factores personales, pedagógicos y contextuales, siendo fundamental la implementación de estrategias didácticas activas y un acompañamiento docente constante para fortalecer el compromiso estudiantil.
